Dabotibi
Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Lagora Pte. Ltd., a private limited company incorporated in Singapore (UEN 202554924D) (“we”) about your use of the Dabotibi app and this website. By using Dabotibi you accept them and our Privacy Policy. On iOS, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies; where the two differ, whichever is more favourable to you prevails.
Your account
You can start as a guest. Link an Apple, Google or email account to get your progress back on another device. Keep your sign-in safe; what is done with your account is treated as done by you.
Subscriptions and payment
- Some features need a subscription. Subscriptions are bought through the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically for the period you chose unless you turn renewal off in your store settings at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Your store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. Prices are shown before you buy.
- If a free trial is offered, cancelling during the trial costs nothing; any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Deleting your Dabotibi account does not cancel a subscription.
Content written by AI
Most lessons, conversation replies and explanations are written by AI and checked automatically. They can contain mistakes and are not professional advice (medical, legal, financial or otherwise). Please tell us when you find one.
Your content
What you write and say in the app remains yours. You let us process it to provide and improve the service, for example to check your answers, write replies and schedule reviews. We do not publish your answers.
Sharing cards
You can share cards you have played with friends. What is shared is the card itself, never your answers. Anyone who has a share link can open it.
Acceptable use
- Do not hack, decompile or interfere with the service, get around its limits, or call it in bulk by automated means.
- Do not use the conversations to produce content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, or harmful to minors.
- If you break these terms we may limit or close your account.
Changes to the service
We keep improving Dabotibi, so features may be added, changed or removed. We will give notice before a significant change to a paid feature.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for Dabotibi in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules where you live.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a meaningful way we will say so in the app or on this page and update the date above. Using Dabotibi after a change takes effect means you accept it.
